3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to SMS — for example on ouronline service request formor during staff intake — we may send you informational texts about your service requests, appointments, estimates, and related account updates. Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message (or use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). We will confirm and stop further program texts to that number.

• Re-subscribe: After opting out, reply START if you want service texts again.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.Carriers and our messaging providers may process messages solely to deliver the service. We may use service providers (hosting, communications tools) under contracts that limit use of your data to providing services for us.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payments)
• Payment processors when you pay an invoice
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep service, billing, and communication records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and warranty-related needs, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.
